ESTABLISHING: "REAR THE CHILDREN"

REGISTER, EDUCATE, ADOPT OR RE-UNITE WITH SIBLINGS

AN INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR CHILDREN WITHOUT

PARENTS & FAMILY

WHEREAS, violence, drugs, war, famine, social chaos, disease and prejudice in many countries are resulting in an unprecedented number of children who are abandoned as orphans, and have no safety net of family; WHEREAS, each individual is born into the world as a trust of the whole, orphans have the right to be registered and protected -- regardless of gender, race, ethnic, tribal, or national background. WHEREAS, a lack of presence in the basic health and reunification registries will exacerbate abandonment, in that the birth date of the parentless child has not been formerly registered with government, or any other legally recognized entity; which lack of formal registration places the child in a non-existing status, with no legal rights or medical history, or identification.
